Title: Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing
Canon: Being Human UK
Pairing: John Mitchell/George Sands
Rating: Teen [PG]
Word Count: 15,317
Summary: Vampires hate werewolves but no-one knows why. When Mitchell starts sensing strange vampires congregating outside their house, he thinks nothing of it, until he realises that it’s only outside their house. What do these bestial creatures want? Surely it can’t be… George?
Recommendation: This was really very cool, very Neil Gaiman-esque, I thought, with its interesting take on where vampires came from and their relationship with werewolves. There was a lot of eerie and macabre imagery, but all throughout is Mitchell’s desperation to keep George safe above all else.
