Somehow he must use his knowledge to change their fate, yet secrets and subtlety are not exactly one of his strengths. Thankfully, as always, he has Bilbo Baggins to cover his shortcomings.
Recommendation: Boy, do I love fix-it fics and it’s wonderful to see Thorin get a chance to set things right. Of course it’s wonderful that he gets to start out better with Bilbo, but I love that the author took the time to show Thorin getting to know all the members of his company better.
