Recommendation: Oh my God, I love this so much! The changes are perfect and the result while only a little to the left of canon is SO much better. I love that Daniel and Johnny are eating all the junk food like eighteen year olds on their own for the first time, I love all the little eighties details, but most of all I love their growing relationship and intimacy. Johnny heartwrenching backstory was so good as well.
