Title: Keeping People in the Dark is Quite Ungentlemanly
Canon: Kingsman: The Secret Service
Pairing: Harry Hart/Gary ‘Eggsy’ Unwin
Rating: Mature [R]
Word Count: 12,986
Summary: Harry’s back and Eggsy is oblivious, and Merlin and Roxy are long-suffering saints waiting for Harry and Eggsy to get their shit together. Or: Eggsy thinks his baby sister has more sense than a fifty-year-old spy with an eye patch.
Recommendation: It’s late 2017 and the sequel has come out, but I’ll be honest I’d have watched this story as the sequel and I would have even paid for theatre tickets and been happy. I love this so much. So much. The emotions, the apologies, the whole everyone survives thing was one of my favorite things. But all the gentle romance and badassery are worth the price of admission.
